Dominique Corby says, A gastronomy producer is just like the conductorof an orchestra.
Starting with a light dish, I conduct a full course by giving tones with flavor and taste to create a perfect harmony with wine. I express my identity by adding a modern essence to the classic base.
A gastronomy producer is also an artist who fascinates customers with his masterpiece on the plate.
In 1991, Dominique Corby became sous chef of La Tour d'Argent, a prestigious restaurant in Paris. Thereafter he worked as the executive chef for La Tour d'Argent, Tokyo. Continuing his successful career, he became the producer of le 6eme sens d'OENON.
He creates a wide variety of dishes with inspired ideas, which are nevertheless based on traditional French cuisine. Under his leadership, the menu is being constantly renewed and the selection of dishes available will remain fresh and new. We are proud to bring you his original gastronomic creations.
